Hotel Palmareca - Siempre Amables

We flew in from Merida and booked several nights at this hotel as they offered airport transfer. The owner of the hotel helped us personally with the car service since as Spanish is so poor. There was also a young lady at the front desk named Dulce that was extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The only complain I had was with the air-conditioning. It had an unpleasant odor but it didn't seem to bother my husband as much as it did me. I would stay here again though maybe in a cooler month.

Excelente. Spent one night and needed a quiet space to complete some on line work. Very kind at check in (it’s their moto…muy amable), and good hotel services. All they had left was a suite which was bigger than I needed but was great value (photos attached). Simple but clean gym was much appreciated and wifi was super fast. Even quiet outdoor areas to sit and write. Lots of restaurants nearby, groceries across the street. Gracias Palmareca.

Had a great time at the SureStay and give them 5-stars! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning and refrigerator both worked GREAT! Every staff member we met was courteous and kind - very friendly! The daily room cleaning service was very professional and we also took advantage of the laundry service. The breakfasts are delicious with different options each day from a huge buffet. There are other services available, such as a travel agency and an in-house transportation company which we used 3 times. (They're more expensive than street taxis, but the confidence and security is great!) The pool looked delicious even though we didn't swim. I would gladly return to this hotel as it was a VERY pleasant experience!

Very cute and affordable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The garden looks pretty Only stayed overnight and didn't have time to check more, but would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room insulation is not great; you can hear loud noises like flushing from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning/heater unit is right by the door, so it makes a loud noise whenever you enter the room because every time it's accidentally bumped into. The hotel is located near other restaurant, and in the evenings, you can hear music. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety with excellent traditional Mexican dishes. The restaurant is open to the public, so it's accessible for outsiders. Unfortunately, on our last day, there was a special event, and we couldn't find a table for breakfast. We had to scramble to another restaurant just before checking out to grab a meal and avoid going hungry at the airport. The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, but unfortunately, there's no option for dinner or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. The hotel grounds are quite spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery. The rooms are clean, making the overall atmosphere pleasant despite the mentioned inconveniences.

I spent one night here and loved it. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the grounds were gorgeous. The pool area was lovely.

We stayed at Palmareca for almost 2 weeks and are extremely happy with our choice. This is a very high quality hotel. Our housekeeper, Nayeli, kept our room spotless. The grounds and pool are beautiful and are very well maintained. The staff at reception were always pleasant and helpful. Any issues or concerns we had during our stay were addressed quickly and professionally. All the servers in the restaurant were outstanding and very friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The chef at the Huevos al Gusto stand did a great job. Despite being located on a busy street, the accommodation was completely quiet and tranquil. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Nice hotel, the best parts are the service and the restaurant "La Calabaza." The employees were super nice and helpful all the time. The restaurant has an spectacular breakfast buffet all days full of Chiapas' traditional food, you should try the tamales and the chocolate (try all it is worth the price). The room where I stayed had an old design but it was clean and the AC worked perfectly. I loved the garden. They have a transportation courtesy service from the airport to the hotel, if you need transportation from the hotel to the airport you need to pay a small fee and reserve it because it is a small car but the drivers are awesome.
